Avanti International Resort, Williamsburg

I had a very frustrating experience at the hotel, primarily due to poor service and maintenance issues. While the location is fantastic for anyone attending events near Universal, our room was not up to standard with several problems. The staff's response was disappointing, making the stay more stressful than it needed to be.

The hotel is located in a prime area with plenty of restaurants nearby and easy access to Universal, thanks to the complimentary shuttle service. The amenities like the pool and Starbucks in the lobby are a plus, making for a comfortable stay. However, the overall room quality left much to be desired, with outdated furnishings and some maintenance issues that hindered the experience.
